I think i'd prefer 99p ;)
Yeah i hope all the mini docs are on one dvd, it'd be a pain to have to change disk every time i want to watch a different doc.

I don't understand the whole mono thing... no one has that kind of disposable income nowadays. I'll be putting away to buy the stereo box set all in one shot, though. Usually I buy these sorts of things one by one (like the Dark Horse box set), but hell... I know I'm going to get them all anyway, so I may as well do it all at once.

I hope the packaging, both with the individual CDs and the box that houses them all, is something sturdy and substantial. Not thin paper.
MorseMoose88, you disappoint me, the mono versions really are as important as the stereos even though some have NO clue why, try listening to them, you might find many are different mixes(funny too because many on US pressings will never be heard on CD / digital). I thought you knew that & to top it off no matter what the hell some on here will tell you, The Beatles actually heard and prefered those mono versions over the stereo. Anyone who disagrees, read up on it, it is true, they really cared less about say, the stereo Pepper album. Anyway, if you get the stereo only ones great, to each his own, whatever way you go, I guess you'll enjoy it, just think its more rehash and a money making thing now. Most people buying these with a cheap stereo won't really know the difference, on the other hand with a good one you probably will, anyway, if I want to listen to these later I'll just download a torrent file, not download more cash.

Well the remastered CDs have appeared on amazon for pre-order - £9.95 a pop which I think is very reasonable. However that's just the cds on their own, can't seem to find either of the boxsets online yet though.

I really wished I wasn't a poor college student when I got that email... I definitely don't have the money to go replacing every Beatles CD I own... damn it... :(

^ Because nuts like myself want it in lossless, as well as with the proper packaging. I know, I know... it's stupid, and I should just download it. But I like the quality.

I wouldn't dream of downloading it. It's one thing to download a 30 year old album, but with all the effort that's gone into this remaster, with something that's brand new, it seems pretty unfair on the guys who remastered it and remixed it and did all the packaging.
Because as we all know, record companies are as innocent, virtuous and vulnerable as bambi himself!
But i also just couldn't settle for a few mp3 files on my itunes. I want the cd. I couldn't settle with a pdf of the scanned booklet, no matter how good it looks. i want a nice glossy one i can pore over. and i want the nice shiny box set too! I'm just a magpie really.
